While the title may sound little outlandish, allow me to elaborate further on the controversial word. The word has been introduced to highlight the aspect of performing certain actions though there is no love or passion, but mainly for money. Dreams are an essential part of life. The ratio of dreams with age is one of an inverse proportion. We usually have more dreams when we are young with a brash, can-do-it-all attitude. As the numbers stack up, dreams become a whimper and old ones become long forgotten memories. Achieving milestones and goals in a professional setup is a common goal for many. However, due to multiple reasons, some under one's own control and some beyond, many of us falter and never reach where we wanted to. There comes a phase where life just passes by and one does what is called as passing through motions. Passion, love and fire are forgotten and we go through our work mainly for the paycheck.
